As President of the Society of Police Futurists International (PFI) it is my pleasure to welcome you to our website. PFI is a professional organization dedicated to improving the way police services are delivered within free nations around the world.

Our membership is comprised of active and retired law enforcement officers, academic professors, students, private sector professionals and those interested in futures research as it relates to the future of policing and the peace and security of our world in the coming decades.

There are many challenges confronting policing as we move through the first decade of the 21st Century. These challenges will require the police practitioner to be academically talented, highly trained, who has a passion for communication and technology.

I strongly encourage anyone interested in Criminal Justice and Futures Research to learn more about PFI.
